Online personal training for Austin.
Personal coaching that travels with you—from home and work to every demanding week in between.
Training that fits a flexible, busy Austin schedule
Many Austin schedules mix remote work, long hours at a desk and a calendar full of things to do. That flexibility helps, but it also makes consistency easy to lose. Your plan gives you structure: programmed workouts and weekly check-ins, so training happens whether you work from home, a co-working space or the office.

Training that handles Texas heat
Summer heat can cancel outdoor workouts for months. Your program has indoor options for home or gym, with outdoor sessions when conditions allow, so the weather never stops your progress.
Personal coaching from me, built around your Austin week
Every plan combines custom training, a custom nutrition plan and weekly coaching through the 4Life Method: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Transformation. I coach a structured set of habits tailored to you, one or two at a time, so progress feels manageable and it lasts. Austin is on Central time, just like me, so scheduling is simple.
A sample training week for an Austin schedule
Every plan is built for you, and session lengths range from short express workouts to full-length training depending on your goals and schedule. This is an example of how I might structure a week around an Austin calendar.
Monday and Thursday: Strength training at home or in a gym, with progressive loading so you keep getting stronger.
Tuesday: Short movement breaks through the workday for people who work from home, so sitting stops costing you energy.
Wednesday: Trail or neighborhood walking intervals early or after sunset in warm months, and an indoor circuit when it's too hot.
Saturday: A longer outdoor session or a mobility day.
Nutrition habit: Plan lunch away from your desk and keep protein ready, so the kitchen stays an ally and not a distraction.
Peak summer: Your plan moves indoors without losing intensity, so heat never becomes a reason to stop.
Structure for people who set their own schedule
Working from home or setting your own hours gives you freedom but removes the structure that keeps training consistent. The app puts that structure back. Your workouts, goals and daily habits are laid out in one place, so you know what to do and when.
Your progress screen brings together steps, sleep, weight, calories and heart rate from your Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit or smart scale. You can see how your week is going, and so can I.
If you go quiet, I'll reach out. Weekly check-ins and progress reviews keep you accountable, and the plan changes as your week does.
What clients say

Can I work with you from Austin?
Yes. I coach Austin clients entirely online through the Energy 4 Life app, with the same one-to-one attention my in-person clients get.
Is online training right for someone who works from home?
Yes. A programmed plan with weekly coaching and check-ins adds the structure working from home often lacks.
How do I stay accountable if I set my own schedule?
Your workouts, nutrition and habits are tracked in the app, so I can see how your week is going. You'll have a weekly check-in and progress review, and if you go quiet, I'll reach out.
Does the app work with my Apple Watch or Garmin?
Yes. The app syncs with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal and Withings smart scales.
What's included in online personal training?
Custom programming I personally create for you, a custom nutrition plan built around your life and weekly health and lifestyle coaching from me, all in the Energy 4 Life app.
How much does online personal training cost?
4Life Online Coaching starts at $585 a month for individuals and $900 for couples on the 12-month program. The 6-month program, the one I recommend, is $620 and $950 a month. After your program, continue month to month. Everything is included: your training and nutrition plans, the app, weekly reviews and direct access to me.
What happens at the complimentary consultation?
It's a phone conversation of about 30 minutes. We talk about your goals, your lifestyle, your schedule, your injury history and what's gotten in the way before. I'll explain how the 4Life Method would work for you and recommend the right plan. There's no cost and no obligation.
Is there a lower-cost way to start?
Yes. The 21-Day 4Life Ignition is three weeks of my workouts, habits and daily messages for a one-time $47, and the 4Life Digital Membership gives you my year-round training program, plus recipes, a weekly meal plan and food tracking, month to month for $149. Neither includes one-to-one coaching, and many clients start there and move to coaching later.
